Pramath Nath, Chief People Officer, Adani Energy Solutions
Ahmedabad, July 8, 2026: Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) has appointed Pramath Nath as its Chief People Officer, effective 1 July 2026, as the company reshapes its HR leadership amid an organisational restructuring.
The HR leader, who most recently served as Chief People Officer at Adani Green Energy, succeeds Samir Prakash.
Pramath Nath brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in human resources across the energy, consulting, technology, retail, hospitality, and pharmaceutical sectors. A seasoned HR leader, he has built a distinguished career driving organizational transformation, leadership development, culture building, governance, and future-ready workforce strategies across diverse industries.
Pramath Nath served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Adani Green Energy Limited most recently, where he led the organization’s people strategy and HR transformation agenda. Before joining the Adani Group, he was CHRO – Asia Pacific & India, Steam Power at GE Power, where his responsibilities expanded beyond South Asia to include Asia Pacific and Japan, partnering with business leaders across 15 countries while also leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Facilities for India. Earlier at GE Power, he served as HR & CSR Leader – South Asia, Steam Power, overseeing the people agenda for the regional business.
Earlier in his career, Pramath held several senior leadership positions at KPMG India, serving as Executive Director and previously Director – Human Resources, where he led HR for the Advisory Practice and played a key role in people, cultural, and business transformation initiatives. He also spent more than six years at Hewlett-Packard, holding leadership roles including Global Talent Manager, responsible for executive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development for global leadership teams, as well as HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific & Japan and Centre HR Head, where he led major change management initiatives, including the integration of EDS into HP.
Pramath’s earlier professional journey includes HR leadership roles at Reliance Retail, where he was among the first HR leaders supporting the company’s retail expansion in Karnataka, The Oberoi Group, Blue Cross Labs Ltd., and Cosme Mathias Menezes Group, where he built strong expertise in industrial relations, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations. His extensive cross-industry experience positions him well to lead the people agenda at Adani Energy Solutions as the company continues its growth and transformation journey.
