The jury will evaluate organisational nominations based on:

Workforce Readiness: AI literacy, upskilling, reskilling and workforce development.

Implementation & Execution: Evidence of meaningful AI implementation beyond experimentation.

Business & Workforce Impact: Measurable outcomes related to productivity, efficiency, employee experience, innovation or business performance.

Scale & Adoption: Extent of AI adoption across teams, functions or the organisation.

Innovation & Differentiation: Originality in addressing business or workplace challenges.

Leadership & Culture: Leadership involvement and the development of an AI-ready culture.

2. What proof of AI execution is required?

Confidential information is not required.

Supporting evidence may include case studies, implementation milestones, adoption metrics, programme details, dashboards, screenshots or stakeholder feedback. Please note this is this is not a mandatory requirement.

Supporting documents are subject to the requirements of the respective nomination form.

3. Do we need to have implemented AI across the entire organisation?

No. An organisation may nominate a specific AI initiative, programme, function or transformation journey, depending on the selected category.

4. Can organisations nominate AI initiatives that are still being scaled?

Yes. Initiatives at different stages of implementation may be considered.

The nomination should demonstrate meaningful progress, innovation, adoption or early impact, as relevant to the category.

5. Can companies from any industry participate?

Yes. Organisations from diverse industries and business sectors may participate, subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected category.

6. Can an organisation submit nominations in multiple categories?

Yes. Organisations may submit nominations in multiple relevant categories. Each submission should demonstrate a clear connection to the selected category.

7. Can the same AI initiative be submitted under different categories?

Yes, where genuinely relevant.

However, each nomination should highlight the specific strengths, outcomes and achievements relevant to that category.

8. What size of organisation can participate?

Organisations of different sizes, including enterprises, mid-sized companies and SMEs, may participate, subject to the eligibility requirements of the relevant category.

9. Is AI adoption limited to HR initiatives?

No.

The awards recognise AI adoption across the workplace, workforce, leadership, business transformation, employee experience and organisational innovation, in addition to HR.

10. Who can submit an organisational nomination?

An authorised representative of the organisation may submit a nomination.

This may include professionals from HR, leadership, technology, digital transformation, communications, operations or other relevant functions.

11. What makes an organisational nomination compelling?

A compelling nomination clearly explains:

The challenge or opportunity

The AI strategy or approach

The implementation journey

The teams or functions involved

The adoption achieved

The measurable impact

The future roadmap

Focus on real initiatives and meaningful outcomes.

12. Is the programme virtual, or will there be an award ceremony?

The AI Ready Workplace Awards 2026 is a virtual recognition programme.

There will be no physical award ceremony.

Selected winners will receive official recognition materials, including certificates and trophies, as applicable, along with editorial and professional visibility.

13. Is the fee for nomination or only for confirmed awardees?

The applicable fee is a nomination/processing fee, payable at the time of submission.

14. Is the nomination fee refundable if we are not selected?

No.

The awards are not limited to technology specialists.

4. Does the nominee need to personally develop AI technology?

No.

The focus is on the nominee’s leadership, contribution, implementation, innovation and impact.

A nominee may qualify through leading, enabling or implementing AI-driven initiatives without personally developing an AI model or technology.

5. Can an HR leader or business leader nominate themselves?

Yes, where permitted by the nomination process.

Nominations may be submitted by the individual, a colleague or an organisation, subject to the requirements of the relevant nomination form.

6. Can a technology leader or AI professional be nominated?

Yes.
