The HR Observer MENA 50 Under 50 Award 2026 will recognize and celebrate 50 influential HR and business leaders across the Middle East and North Africa who are shaping the future of work, transforming organizations, and driving meaningful business and people impact.

As organizations across the MENA region navigate rapid technological transformation, evolving workforce expectations, changing talent models, and new approaches to leadership, a new generation of accomplished professionals is playing a critical role in shaping what comes next.

HR Observer will publish its inaugural MENA 50 Under 50 list in September 2026, shining a spotlight on exceptional leaders who are making a measurable difference within their organizations, industries, and the broader MENA business ecosystem.

This year, HR Observer invites CHROs, CXOs, business leaders, founders, HR professionals, and professionals across functions to nominate outstanding leaders whose work deserves recognition.

Who Should Be Nominated?

The HR Observer MENA 50 Under 50 is open to accomplished professionals across all industries, sectors, and business functions.

The list is designed to recognize leaders who are influencing people, business, culture, technology, innovation, and the future of work.

Eligible categories include:

General Eligibility

  • Age: Nominees must be under 50 years old as of December 31, 2026.
  • Geography: Open to professionals working across the MENA region.
  • Industries: Open to nominees from all industries and business domains.
  • Functions: Open to HR and non-HR professionals whose work has made a meaningful impact on people, organizations, business or the future of work.
  • Nomination Type: Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.

Nomination Process

1. Submit a Nomination

Complete the official HR Observer MENA 50 Under 50 nomination form with accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Provide Professional Information

Nominees should provide relevant information about their current role, organization, career achievements, leadership contributions, impact and professional profile.

3. Complete Registration

4. Editorial Assessment
