His transition from Group Chief Financial Officer is a deliberate, strategic step forward for the business. With over 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles and an overall experience of over 20 years, Mr. Badrinarayan’s elevation comes at a significant phase in Maxivision’s growth journey as the organisation continues to expand its eye care network and strengthen its focus on patient care. During his tenure as CFO, Mr. Badrinarayan contributed to strengthening Maxivision’s financial processes and supported the organisation’s expansion plans.
His thorough understanding of Maxivision’s operations, culture, and long-term ambitions ensures he is perfectly equipped to steer the company forward and his long-term vision will enable him to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth. He brings deep expertise in business operations, fiscal management, and organisational growth along with a proven capability to lead the senior management team.
