Mumbai, October 07, 2024: The House of Abhinandan Lodha announced the appointment of Deepak Sharma as Chief Sales Officer. Deepak will report directly to Samujjwal Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer – The House of Abhinandan Lodha, as he leads the company’s sales function with a focus on driving sustained growth and expansion.
Deepak brings with him over 22 years of experience in business turnarounds, revenue growth, and market leadership, having held key roles in prominent organizations such as Reliance Retail (FMCG Arm) and the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. His expertise spans various facets of sales and category growth management, particularly in the FMCG space, making him an ideal fit to further strengthen The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s leadership team.
Prior to this, Deepak served as Business Head and Category Revenue Lead at Reliance Retail’s FMCG division, where he played a pivotal role in achieving extraordinary results, including generating and contributing significant revenue within the company’s second year of operations, which is unprecedented in FMCG Industry’s landscape. During his tenure, he successfully launched and scaled multiple brands within Processed foods and Impulse Category.
Before Reliance, Deepak was National Sales Head at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group’s FMCG (Snacks) vertical, where he built and scaled their snacks business from the ground up, contributing to FMCG vertical which generated INR 400 crore in revenue within a short span making it one of the fastest grown snacks’ brands in the industry. His contributions helped position the brand as a market leader in consumer preference.

Deepak has also held leadership positions at Amira Nature Foods Ltd, a US and Dubai-based food company, where he was one of the youngest Sales and Operations Heads, managing multiple international sales offices while driving the company’s India retail business.
Deepak holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and has a history of delivering outstanding results, building teams, and launching successful brands in competitive markets. His deep understanding of consumer behavior, combined with his hands-on approach, will be instrumental in helping HoABL achieve its ambitious goals in the plotted land development space.
