Ishan Seth, Partner - Capital Markets Practice, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co
New Delhi, September 12, 2026: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) has announced the appointment of Ishan Seth as Partner in the Capital Markets Practice in New Delhi.
Ishan brings extensive experience spanning equity and debt capital markets, coupled with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has advised issuers, financial institutions, investors and private equity funds on a wide range of complex capital markets transactions.
He holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, New York and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Ishan is admitted to practise in both India and New York.
