
Reeti Dubey joins Google Operations Center, India as HR Head
New Delhi, March 17, 2025: Reeti Dubey has joined as the new Head of Human Resources (HR Head) at Google Operations Center, India, which partners with Google to provide support to its users and customers.
Prior to joining Google Operations Center, Reeti Dubey was associated with NatWest Group as Senior Director – HR Business Partner. Previously, she worked at Tech Mahindra and Gi Group.
Her appointment has come at a time when Google Operations Center is growing in India.

In her role as Head of HR at Google Operations Center, Reeti will be in charge of workforce development, talent management, and human resources strategy for the Google activities Center’s activities in India.
Reeti holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor of Information Systems (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
