With over 23 years of experience across media leadership, entrepreneurship and digital transformation, Duggal joins the founding leadership team to help lead the company’s next phase of growth.

Over the past 23 years, Duggal has built a career spanning both leadership roles across global media organizations and entrepreneurship. He has held senior positions at Essence, Omnicom Media Group, Madison and Mindshare, leading media, digital transformation and growth initiatives for brands including Google India, PepsiCo, HP, Airtel, Cisco, Virgin Atlantic, Perfetti, Renault, ITC and SC Johnson.
Alongside his corporate career, Duggal has built and scaled technology-led ventures including Adorithm, which was subsequently acquired, and MonkeyMinds, a digital marketing and technology company that partnered with more than 100 brands across BFSI, retail, consumer, D2C, education and media sectors. As part of this transition, several members of the MonkeyMinds team have also joined Pravis, adding expertise across media planning, performance marketing, strategy and client partnerships.
