Gurugram, August 5, 2026: Netomi, a leading enterprise AI company headquartered in Silicon Valley, has promoted Shilpi Sardana to Senior Director – India Operations & People Strategy, recognizing her contributions to building and scaling the company’s India operations and global talent organization.
In her expanded role, Shilpi will lead India Operations, People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Administration, and workplace functions while continuing to partner closely with global leadership to support Netomi’s next phase of growth.
Since joining Netomi, Shilpi has played a key role in building and scaling teams across India and North America, helping the company grow from an early-stage organization of just a handful of employees to a global AI company with a workforce of more than 350 employees. She has established scalable hiring practices, strengthened people operations, and implemented processes that enable rapid growth while maintaining a strong employee experience.
Over the years, she has led initiatives across executive hiring, HR technology, organizational design, compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence. Her work has focused on creating people-first, AI-enabled processes that allow teams to scale efficiently in a fast-moving technology environment.
