Mumbai, July 23, 2026: Tata Digital has appointed Snigdha Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, spearheading initiatives to build a future-ready workforce as Tata Digital continues to scale its consumer technology platforms and accelerate the growth of its flagship super app, Tata Neu.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Snigdha will lead Tata Digital’s people strategy, driving initiatives across organizational culture, leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. She will work closely with business leaders to build a future-ready workforce that supports the company’s continued growth across digital commerce, fintech, travel, lifestyle, healthcare, and other consumer technology businesses.
Snigdha joins Tata Digital from Tata Consumer Products, where she served as Vice President – Human Resources (Organization Effectiveness, Culture & CSR). In this role, she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership capability development, and corporate social responsibility.
Prior to Tata Consumer Products, Snigdha spent nearly five years at OYO, where she held several leadership positions, including Vice President – Human Resources, Assistant Vice President, and Director. During her tenure, she led the Global Rewards & Mobility Center of Excellence across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. She also served as the HR leader for OYO’s international businesses and multiple emerging business verticals, including Weddingz, Workspaces, Student Housing, and Luxury & Upscale Hotels.
Earlier in her career, Snigdha spent over five years at Cipla, where she advanced to the role of Associate Director and led the HR function for the company’s Respiratory business across North, East, and Uttar Pradesh markets. She also held HR leadership responsibilities at Procter & Gamble, supporting manufacturing operations, and began her professional journey through management trainee assignments at Tata Motors, Godrej Industries, ABN AMRO, and HPCL. These early experiences provided her with a strong foundation in organizational development, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and change management.
Over the course of her career, Snigdha has developed extensive expertise across Strategic Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Design, Performance Management, Employee Experience, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and HR Transformation.
Snigdha’s appointment reflects Tata Digital‘s continued commitment to strengthening its people capabilities as the company expands its digital ecosystem and accelerates innovation across its portfolio of consumer technology businesses.
