Mumbai, India, December 3, 2025: Bacardi India has roped in Goodies Narayanan as Director Marketing – CMO India, marking her return to the consumer brands space after senior leadership stints across ed-tech, streaming, and FMCG sectors. Narayanan shared the development through a LinkedIn post.
In her new role, Narayanan will lead consumer and customer marketing across Bacardi India’s diverse portfolio, which includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, and Bombay Sapphire.
Reflecting on her return to brand-building, Narayanan said, “Thrilled to share a new chapter – I’ve joined Bacardi India Private Limited as Director Marketing – CMO India. At Bacardi, I’ll be leading all Consumer & Customer Marketing teams in India across a vibrant portfolio that includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, and more. These are brands with rich heritage and bold futures, brands that have shaped culture.”

Narayanan brings extensive experience from global and regional roles spanning digital transformation, international marketing, and large-scale brand strategy. Her prior leadership positions include Coursera, Disney+ Hotstar, GSK, Procter & Gamble, and Siemens.
Looking ahead, she expressed enthusiasm about shaping the next phase of Bacardi India’s brand journey, stating she is eager to focus on “building disruptive lifestyle brands, fostering creative and fearless teams, and most importantly, creating work that lives beyond meeting rooms!”
