2. Share Your AI Readiness Story
Provide information about your organization’s AI strategy, initiatives, workforce programs, leadership approach, responsible AI practices and transformation journey.
3. Demonstrate Impact
Applicants should highlight measurable outcomes, business results, employee impact, innovation, adoption or other evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of their initiatives.
4. Editorial Assessment
All submitted nominations will undergo an editorial assessment based on the information, initiatives, achievements and impact presented in the nomination.

AI Strategy & Vision
The organization’s approach to integrating AI into its broader business and workforce strategy, including clarity of vision and long-term direction.
Workforce Readiness
How effectively the organization is preparing employees through AI literacy, training, reskilling, upskilling and new approaches to workforce development.
Innovation
The extent to which the organization is using AI to introduce new ideas, processes, solutions, products, services or ways of working.
Employee & Workplace Impact
Demonstrated improvements in employee experience, productivity, collaboration, engagement, decision-making or other aspects of the workplace.
Leadership & Culture
The role of leadership in driving AI adoption and creating a culture that encourages learning, experimentation, responsible innovation and human-AI collaboration.
Responsible AI
Approach to ethical AI, governance, transparency, privacy, security, risk management and building trust among employees and stakeholders.
