Pankaj Gupta, Head of HR, Thinkthrough Consulting
New Delhi, July 11, 2026: Thinkthrough Consulting has appointed Pankaj Gupta as its Head of Human Resources (HR), effective July 2026, as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth, BWPeople reported recently.
Based in New Delhi, Pankaj Gupta will lead the company’s HR strategy, compliance, organisational development, people analytics, HR operations, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR business partnering and policy governance, ensuring alignment between workforce initiatives and business objectives.
Gupta brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources across the technology, consulting and enterprise software sectors.
He began his HR career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2010, managing induction, employee engagement and HR operations. In 2012, he joined CRMNEXT, where he advanced from HR Associate to Team Lead, overseeing recruitment, talent sourcing and HR analytics for a workforce of around 1,000 employees.
He later held HR leadership roles at BusinessNext and Newgen Software, where he developed workforce planning and attrition dashboards and supported HR business partnering for thousands of employees. Between 2019 and 2020, he managed HR operations for approximately 250 technical professionals at Newgen.
In 2021, Pankaj Gupta joined Merkur Gaming, leading compensation and benefits, employee benefits and salary benchmarking initiatives. Most recently, he spent nearly three years at Credera, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager – HR for India. During his tenure, he led people and culture, total rewards and HR analytics initiatives, contributing to a 20% improvement in the company’s Great Place to Work (GPTW) scores and a five-fold increase in employee referrals.
At Thinkthrough Consulting, Gupta will lead a team of more than 40 HR professionals. The company said his expertise in building scalable, data-driven HR systems will support its continued expansion and strengthen its people strategy.
