Uzair Suhail Appointed Head of HR for India, MENA, and LATAM at AnyMind Group
Bengaluru, April 14, 2026: Uzair Suhail has joined AnyMind Group as Head of Human Resources for India, MENA, and LATAM. In this role, he will report directly to the Co-Managing Director for India and Growth Markets, Southeast Asia, and will lead the company’s people strategy across these key regions.
Uzair brings with him extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and people strategy, having worked with leading global and regional organizations. Over the course of his career, he has held pivotal roles at companies such as Omnicom Media, Meesho, Dentsu, and Publicis, where he partnered closely with leadership teams to build scalable and high-performing organizations.
In his new role, Uzair will be responsible for driving the people, talent, and business partnering agenda across India while collaborating with regional stakeholders. His mandate includes shaping talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design in alignment with business growth. He will also focus on strengthening HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations capabilities to support the company’s expanding footprint.
Additionally, Uzair will work closely with leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture, enable leadership development, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. He will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring strong compliance frameworks while building scalable people practices.
