This year, HR Observer invites all CXOs, business leaders, founders, and professionals across all functions—not just HR—to submit nominations for this prestigious award.

General Eligibility:

  • Age: Nominees must be under 40 years old on January 31, 2025
  • Location: Global
  • Who can apply:  Open to nominees from all industries and business domains — including but not limited to HR-specific sectors. Whether they work in technology, finance, healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, startups, consulting, or any other field, nominees are welcome as long as their work contributes to HR or the broader workforce solutions ecosystem. This includes contributions in: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards & Compensation, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement & Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR Law & Compliance. Workforce Strategy, HR Technology, and People Analytics, Any domain where their role impacts people, culture, talent, or organizational development
  • Business or Professional: Nominees are professionals working in any industry or running a legitimate business. 
  • Criminal Charges: Nominees must be free of any criminal charges. 

Nomination Process:

  • Self-Nomination or Third-Party Nomination: Individuals can nominate themselves or be nominated by others. 
  • Nomination Form: The nomination form needs to be completed, and it’s important to provide accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Payment: The applicant needs to complete the payment for complete the nomination process.
