New Delhi, January 16, 2026: Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, has announced the appointment of Niharika Mohan as CHRO for the Greater India Zone, effective January 1, 2026. She succeeds Binu Philip, who retires after more than a decade of distinguished service with the company.
In her new role, Niharika will lead the Human Resources function for the India Zone, driving People and Culture strategy across Schneider Electric India and its group brand, Lauritz Knudsen.

With over two decades of global HR leadership experience, Niharika is recognized for driving business-focused people strategies, spearheading organizational transformation, and fostering cultural integration. Since joining Schneider Electric India in 2008, she has been instrumental in shaping the Rewards function and later excelled as HR Business Partner for the Commercial organization, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a truly inclusive workplace.
From 2020 to 2023, Niharika served as CHRO at Luminous Power Technologies, a Schneider Group brand, where she led cultural and talent transformation and safeguarded employee well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, based in Dubai, she headed HR for Secure Power International, driving people strategy and transformation across multiple global regions, including India, East Asia, Japan, the Middle East, the Pacific, and South America.

Known for her inspiring leadership and people-centric approach, she has consistently nurtured high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
