New Delhi, May 12, 2026: Sandoz, the global leader in affordable medicines, has appointed Aarti A Kapoor as Head of People and Organisation Operations for Region International. Kapoor shared the announcement through a recent LinkedIn post, expressing excitement about joining the organisation during a transformative phase of growth and global collaboration.
“I am thrilled to announce that I have joined Sandoz as the Head of People and Organization Operations for Region International,” Kapoor wrote in her LinkedIn update. She also highlighted her enthusiasm about partnering with teams across more than 50 countries and 16 time zones to strengthen people operations and employee experience globally.
In her new role, Kapoor will lead people and organisation operations for Sandoz’s international markets, with a focus on operational excellence, workforce transformation, service delivery optimisation and employee-centric HR practices. The appointment aligns with the company’s broader efforts to strengthen its global people agenda and organisational effectiveness.
Kapoor brings over two decades of experience in HR operations, people transformation and global service delivery. Prior to joining Sandoz, she served as Director – Global HR Operations and Service Delivery at McDonald’s.
Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at Adani Group, PepsiCo, Amazon, American Express, and Infovision India.
