Dimple Kaloya
New Delhi, August 21, 2026: MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC) has appointed Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing more than two decades of experience across human resources, workforce strategy, organisational transformation, talent, people analytics and employee engagement.

Kaloya joins MetLife Global Capability Center after a seven-year tenure with HSBC, where she most recently led HR for Global Service Centers India and Group Functions GSC HTCs. During her time at HSBC, she also served as Senior Vice President and Head of HR Consulting for Global Services and Technology Centres, working across HR transformation, organisation design, talent and people strategies.
Before HSBC, Dimple Kaloya spent over two years with EY’s People Advisory Services, where she worked on HR transformation, organisation design, people analytics and talent agendas. She previously spent more than seven years with Aon across India, Dubai and Sydney, handling talent, performance and capability initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked with WNS Global Services and S&P Global Market Intelligence.
In her new role at MetLife Global Capability Center, Dimple Kaloya will lead the people and culture agenda, supporting the organisation’s workforce, talent and organisational development priorities as the GCC continues to build future-ready capabilities and evolve its operating model.
Kaloya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University.

Her appointment comes at a time when India’s GCC ecosystem is increasingly focused on building specialised talent, strengthening employee experience and developing future-ready workforce capabilities. Kaloya’s experience across global organisations and complex people environments positions her to play a significant role in advancing MGCC’s people strategy.
